In mid-2023, Rudolf Moritz Wegner founded Zeitgeist with his close friend Kai Kurtukov as Co-Founder. Zeitgeist is a global art collective designed to unite artists across multiple disciplines, including musicians, producers, audio engineers, photographers, videographers, and designers, showcasing their talents under one cohesive brand.

As a music producer, Rudolf has achieved 4x Apple Music chart placements in three different countries and leveraged his extensive network to quickly attract a diverse array of talented individuals to the collective, enabling Zeitgeist to flourish in its early stages. Currently, the collective comprises 24 members, primarily from West Africa, along with artists from South Africa and the UK. Together, they have generated over 3.5 million streams and proudly include two Grammy-winning artists among their ranks.

The inspiration for Zeitgeist stemmed from a desire to reconnect art and culture in a world where technology, particularly AI, often undermines the human element in creativity. The collective’s mission is to emphasize the cultural roots of art, reflecting the heritage and identity of people through mediums such as music, painting, dance, and fashion.

Zeitgeist aims to foster a strong sense of belonging, ensuring that everyone involved—whether artists or fans—feels proud to be part of this movement. At its core, Zeitgeist champions the idea of human-made art, with no reliance on artificial intelligence in the creative process.

With a vision to expand globally, Zeitgeist is already making significant strides in Africa, especially in West, Middle, and South Africa, as well as Central Europe and the UK, pushing the boundaries of art and culture.
